Monday, Sept. 29, was my first day to ever box. I met with my personal trainer for my 1-on-1 session and boxed for the full 30 minute session. I have a new-found respect for boxers. I had no idea it was that intense of a workout. Great fun, though. Beats doing push-ups, burpess, jump rope, planks and lunges.

I know what you mean George. First time I did boxing and I was doing 1 min rounds 5 times and I was stuffed

Yep. Boxing is a killer. You want to work up a sweat... boxing is a good choice in a very short period of time.
