Just completed arm and chest day at the gym. Feels great. Now time to pack on some protein.Arm day at the gym

Thanks. Not doing any dieting. I've just changed my lifestyle. Move more/eat less. I work out at the gym 5 to 6 times per week and meet with a personal trainer on two of those days. My personal trainer has fitness training circuits which are specific to my goals. We mainly do HIIT, but occasionally hit free weights to target specific muscle groups.
