Well so far the intermittent fasting seems to be working.I actually don’t feel hungry outside the hours I can’t eat.I guess we’ll see how far this takes me.I don’t really need to lose allot of weight but I originally wanted to get down to 158 and only got there once.It seems to hard to maintain but maybe this method will be the difference.Fingers crossed.

I am trying 7pm till 11am .So far it has worked fine for me.They we’re suggested by my daughter to try this first and see if my body reacts to it or is fine.So far so good
