Yeah!! Reached my first goal. TOM is looming but I will still say "bye bye 220's". There may be some fluctuation, due to TOM, but I know where I am.

Time to celebrate my first goal and set my sights on the second goal.

Thanks Coach for the cool picture!! I had such a laugh all day yesterday. Then sent it to my sister and told her that I picked up my tickets and really had her going for a few minutes!
219.6 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
