Finally got to the gym yesterday but only had time to do circuits on the weights. Today will be different I hope. I did have another small reduction in weight so not complaining about that. I am excited to wear my new jeans to the Elton concert. I was told that it is a definite go and that a ticket plus one will be under my name at will call. Of course my boss put it under the last name prior to getting married (hahaha - I have only been married for almost 10 months). It is a good thing that I still have my passport (with my old name). Very excited. I still have not even facebooked that I am going to the concert because I do not want to jinx it. I have only written about it here. Once I have the tickets in my hands (hopefully tomorrow) then I will facebook it too *smile*

I have been very edgy this week and I wish there was something I could do about it. I think it is a combination of not getting to the gym and TOM (the impending doom). Anyway, it sometimes sucks to be a woman. I have also been trying to get my medical records from Georgia. I had a doctor there that treated me for hypothyroidism even though I was on the upper range of "normal". He treated me because I was on the far end of the range and had many symptoms. Here I cannot get the doctor to treat me. I think I have located a new doctor but want to have my old records in hand. Some of the side effects...dry skin, lots of hair that falls out, cold hands, cold feet, fogginess, sometimes unable to think clearly.

So I wait. Sometimes I feel like the fogginess of the brain itself is a path of destruction. Couple that with ADD and well it is not a good combination.
220.8 lb Lost so far: 27.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
