My goal of slimming down for summer starts today. In recent months I have been more mindful of what I'm eating and trying to be more active. I have been successful in maintaining my weight, but I want to start seeing the scale go down consistently for once. I need to take it to the next level. I would like to lose 20 lbs over the next 3 months. This would put me at the weight I was when I met my husband in May 2009. Can I do it??
