Bit of a head ache today. More tea maybe ? Drank at least 6 cups of water by midday.

I got headaches at first too. I had given up my morning coffee and afternoon tea because I didn't like the taste of cream or half and half. Now that I can use reg milk the headaches have disappeared. Keeping up the water intake is a good idea!
