Holding fast.
178.5 lb Lost so far: 0.3 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Cannot point a finger. Haven't been on a scale in several weeks and know there's been a 3-4lb gain according to the doctors scale.

The only chewing I do is on my imaginary triple chocolate fudge cake with cream cheese icing.
