Seem to only be maintaining 70 these days. Wonder if I should change my goal weight to 68 instead of 67 and then try to lose those 2 kilos in October because the 3 workouts per week doesn't seem to be cutting it. I am still feeling good in my clothes though and got a compliment from someone I'd last seen 6 months ago so still positive. Just wonder if I'll ever get below 70 again...
154.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week

Hi Nikina you will! :-) maybe try different workouts or focus on other goals, the fact that you feel good in clothes means you dropping those cm and that's also good. I kind off know your feeling I'm stuck between 60-57.7 and I so want to be 55kgs before Nov and I train at least 4 times a week and walk daily in my lunch time.

Thanks Saige18 - good to know someone else is in the same boat. Maybe October will be THE month! As you say - perhaps I'll try to mix my workouts up a bit.
