Well that weekend was full of bad bad bad choices.. :P Anyway.. today reformer class was good.. My back got a bit tweaked over the weekend so I had to take it easy. I also rode the bike for 6.57 miles today. So only 83.5 more to go. :)

There were a lot of weekend bad choices mixed with good going around today it seems. Story of my every weekend:) Hope your back feels better. Way to go on almost 7 down to your bike goal.
