So I think I am going to set a goal of 90 miles this month on my bike. I am try to bike for 30 min 3 times a week or so.. and When I do I usually go about 7 or so miles.. So I think I will try and get in 90 this month. That will give me like no wiggle room.. or I will have to bike extra from time to time. Anyway... I just thought It would be fun to do.. One of my buddies is doing something similar for walking.. I just thought it was a neat idea. I hope you all have a great weekend. :)

That is a great goal. It is always good to see progress or to shoot for a number. If you go over you feel good.
