I found myself craving sweet things again. It's strange how I was fine for the last five weeks and then boom, my sweet tooth hits. So I found myself eating one treat a day rather than one treat a week. But thank goodness for this site, because if I was not recording it I'm not sure I would have noticed my slight fall. But I am very excited to say, since I did notice it, I have re-set myself and I am 2 more pounds down.

I know that willing and/or wanting isn't enough, you must DO it...so as I begin my 7th week I am super motivated to keep moving and to stay on track. I only need 2 more pounds to get to my next mini goal of 30 pounds lost!

166.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
