This is why it's so fiendishly difficult for me to track sometimes. This was kind of like zuppa toscana, but with less salt & more greens & chicken sausage instead of pork & potatoes not peeled & cannelini beans tossed in. No recipe, no measuring

Looks delicious. Zuppa Toscana is one of my favorites at Olive Garden.
