Good day so far. Got a massage and my shoulder feels sooooo much better. Ws reminded (again) to stretch before AND after exercise.
Made a really easy great tasting dinner casserole. Mushroom and black bean tortilla casserole. Its in my cookbook. Family loved it! I am going to start my sit ups challenge this weekend instead of today. Im all vegged out from the massage so I am going to roll with that good feeling!

Love that you cook. It is definately important to stretch, but I am sooo guilty of not stretching, and I pay for it after I work out early and sit in front of the computer for hours at work. When I get up my dogs don't bark, they howl at me and my planter faciitis kicks inmaking me gimp around. (Old age and good livin) I always love a good massage it is like coming out of the hot jaquozi or sauna (sorry on sp) I always feel like I'm relaxed and all I am good for is to sit on the couch and fall asleep in front of the TV:) I notice you eat sprouts. It is not really a recipe but you should try to put some milk and lite butter or margarine in some time. The milk draws out the bitterness of the sprouts. Only way I can eat them. Cheers.
