I fell off the wagon! I always said I'm OK as long as I stay under 140, but once I hit there I'm toast. It just goes up and up and up! So it's time to start paying attention!!!
Currently on the cabbage soup diet (except I don't follow the rules, I just eat cabbage soup and double fiber wheat bread). Once the soup is gone I will stick to my diet better. This is just to CLEAN ME OUT! My usual diet is nothing white (breads, pastas, rice...), no dairy (lactose intolerant), and no sweets. Lots of water, fruits, & veggies.
It's time to get healthy!
