Well I was 142-143 with my sweater off and 144ish with it on. Been eating 2000-2300 calories. I have to snack a lot to do it and I feel like I'm just constantly eating. Still eating low to no processed foods and plenty of fruit and veg. I just get full so fast.

I did find an article that cold can increase the calorie burn of your activities by up to 30%. My calories maybe haven't increased by quite that much but close. Google Fit is saying I'm usually burning 1800 but I'm eating 2-500 more than that everyday and still losing at a slow pace. Going to have to start slathering peanut butter on everything.

I mean... I like pad Thai and that sounds like poor man's pad Thai so maybe I'd like it. Lol.

Do you just smack some peanut butter in the noodles or do you make a peanut sauce and toss them in it?

I always just put it on top of the all ready made pasta and sauce. But it would probably be better mixing it in the sauce first.
