Well I was 142-143 with my sweater off and 144ish with it on. Been eating 2000-2300 calories. I have to snack a lot to do it and I feel like I'm just constantly eating. Still eating low to no processed foods and plenty of fruit and veg. I just get full so fast.
I did find an article that cold can increase the calorie burn of your activities by up to 30%. My calories maybe haven't increased by quite that much but close. Google Fit is saying I'm usually burning 1800 but I'm eating 2-500 more than that everyday and still losing at a slow pace. Going to have to start slathering peanut butter on everything.
