I am attempting to do the 30-20-50 rule. I am really just shooting for 1200 calories a day in order to lose 2 pounds a week. I need to have at least 64 grams of protein which is not easy to do in a healthy manner. I really do no like meat. But I am lacking in b12 so I am thinking maybe that has been my problem with losing weight all along. My fat grams should be between 30-35 grams and carbs should be between 100-150. So I am on day 2 of trying this method. I hope the increase in eating will help me lose.
