First time at circuits class in 6 months or so last night. Second time today - the easy 45 minute one. Everyone at the gym is lovely and encouraging. Suffering though. Moving isn't nice when not fit at all. I never realised how much weight I've put on since the summer, and how much strength I've lost. Rubbish.
