😬 Well the analog scale isn't the greatest but my clothes don't lie. I think I've been underestimating the calories I burn when I'm working out doors in the cold. Bringing in firewood and putting away the summer things that got left out. I've been really snacky the last few days so this lines up. Going to eat a minimum of 1900 and see how I feel from there. My leggings have gone all saggy 😢
143.5 lb Lost so far: 58.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
