So, I had two rough eating days. Fell into the trap. Each day refreshes and today is a new day. So, im not thinking about yesterday anymore. Today I am sticking with my 1000 to 1200 calories a day mentality. And will try to do that through Friday. I am going the PA with family on Friday and Saturday so I know they will want to eat out...and then comes a serious test. I usually start freaking out when I don't know how many calories are in something I am ordering. Well, I will deal with that when the time comes. Until then...
...HAPPY TUESDAY!

what you might do is try an think ahead of where you might be eating..an google that food to see what the calorie intake is...or...think happy meal instead of a regular super size sandwich...when you dine out you have to try your best to make the right choices...sometimes you do...sometimes you dont...but its a learning experience for next time...and one or 2 meals isnt gonna change the way you look at food...will give you the experience you need to make wiser food choices next time...have a great day today...

Do the best you can and always go with what you know is safe. If you're into eating salads bring your own salad dressing with you. I do it, and I was a waitress for many years and lots of people do it. Also, restaurants will cook stuff special without butter and oil if that's not in your diet if you ask them to. Burgers/grilled chicken sammiches can be ok, I sometimes take the top part of the bun off...lol! Always ask if they have veggies instead of fries or onyum rings as I like to call them. (lol!) When I did real estate I ate lunch out/on the run every single day and I lost the weight I wanted and stayed with my diet. But I had to work hard at some places to find eatable food. Oh, and if you don't know what's in the food...ask! I knew what was in everything I served and what it was cooked with. If your server doesn't know someone in the kitchen will and she can find out for you. :) XOXO

WOW! Thanks macaroon. That was very helpful. I looking forward to going out with family but this was a big concern.
