to all of my FS friends and prayer partners this is definitely a wonderful day my husband had to have emergency surgery, and it was successful, he's off the oxygen he sounds stronger to God be all the Glory, I really appreciate all the love and prayers from each one of you, please don't stop praying, I'm ready for him to walk out of the hospital. please bare with me on posting my food, I have been overwhelmed. it will get better

265.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb. Still to go: 25.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 2.8 lb a week

I'm thankful he's doing better and pray he continues to regain his health. Give yourself grace about recording food. I understand being overwhelmed.
