I am so disappointed in myself. To ha e gotten down to 166 or so with a goal pf 155 to go up to 201.4lbs. Food Addiction is no joke...major self sabotage behavior
I hate it. kills me that I did this. I was 321lbs when I started so, after weighing in and feeling like a failure I said to myself I have to fight this...I am the one doing this no one else is forcing me. So I have a pre written menu and started this morning for real real... Saying enough and following through that is where the reward begins. Just in time for friggin thanksgiving 😪🙄 Dang it mang

I am on the same journey. I have had a few rough days here and there lately. I rely on food as my Valium. Big time stress eater here. Just know you are not walking this alone and we WILL get there! 😁

I'm in the same exact boat! I was down to 185 or so. Got frustrated and went up to 217.8 in a flash! I wish I would have keep going the first time! Now I've got to drop 20lbs. just to get back to where I started from! Today is my third day of counting calories again. We can do this! I'm going to try to focus on filling up on veggies for Thanksgiving! Good luck 🤞💗🙏

It's hard not to let go when you are getting close to your target. That's why I think the real goal, the real journey is to find a different mindset, not think that you'll be able to go back to unhealthy habits after you reach a lower weight. As you noticed, it is very easy to regain 30 lbs in a very short time of you cannot find a satisfying way of eating healthier foods. The good part is that you know you can lose weight, just have to find a way to not overindulge. It's possible to swallow a large all meat and cheese pizza, but only occasionally. You can do it with a bit of rationality and tenacity.

I started addressing the psychological issues with a therapist and it has truly help with set backs, I know the feeling of guilt too well.

Same as me but minus the depression. I don't know why I do it. For any reason I can eat and eat and eat and I love it until I weigh in and am disgusted. Hopefully we will both be kicking ass soon!
