well, imade it through my bday weekend. i did good for the most part. i had a borrito which generally i cant eat but i went with that bc a wrap i figured was better then a taco shell!! and for my bday a friend got me a hot fudge sunday, so i ate 1/2. i think thats damn good. i still lost, BUT i feel that this week i will be working out a little extra. i dont want to gain it back, though i knew if i denied my self that i would end up caving at some point and ruin everything. i am a total emotional eater and i am working on that... but it gets really hard. so off to week three!! heres to hoping i keep losing lots =]

Glad you had a good weekend, and a good birthday. I think the key is to have a bit, satisfy the craving or w/e and then move on (which you did wonderfully). Don't feel old, age is but a number and in my head I am still about 19/20 lol.
