Excercise has been great, eating- not so great! It's the weekend thing to get me once again. I am feeling way too full after Chinese for dinner tonight. It is not the eating at home, it is dinners out that do it. We go out once a week on Sat night, but it is when we have another set of plans creep up on Friday or Sun too that gets me. No plans tomorrow and I will be eating light!
For exercise today, my workout buddy and I rode our bikes around her neighborhood. We had a nice long ride, but not particularly fast. We rode 57 min. and did 9 miles. 6.33 min/ mile is pretty slow. We really weren't even sweating and we talked the whole time. But it was an enjoyable ride.
That was 6 days of working out this week, and they were good workouts too. Here's an overview from Sun-Sat: 6 miles running total, 64 min. 17 miles biking, 90 min. 1/2 mile swimming, 23 min. I'm happy with that level of activity. I write down what I do each day in my planner so I can track it.
