Hmmm.. I don't think my pain is really what it it, it's not Achilles Tendinitis cos hurts more up, leg part, nth to do with my foot, foot is fine.. I guess I pulled a muscle or smth.. Gonna take tons of vitamins to heal quicker. Any suggestions on that? I heard fish oil is good for recovery?
Total mileage of running this year so far - 138.95!!! 8-)

Pulled muscle is probably better for you- I'd imagine it will heal pretty quickly if you allow it to rest. Keeping my fingers crossed ;-)

Wow that's impressive Kate....Just think if you got frequent miles with that you have a pretty cool vacation...lol i hope you feel better..how's my buddy Zero doing?...

Zero is so big now! He probably weight same as me now, there is no way I can lift him now and step on a scale. I'll post a recent pic later ;) Thanx for asking! He said - woof-woof Coach :D
