Recommitting starting today to get those last 100 lbs off!!! I let the system come up with my recommended daily intake. I had been trying to keep it under 1600 and I think that was just too low for this point in my journey. My body must have thought I was starving for all these months. So today I am starting at 2200 a day and see what that does. I have to make better choices than I have been making lately.

Do you not normally eat breakfast? Perhaps it would help to add more protein. Fatsecret evaluates way too high for me. I have to put that I'm like 4 ft. tall to get anything reasonable! Their calorie recommendation is higher than anyone else's.

I normally eat a granola bar with a 20 oz water for breakfast. I originally had started with the 1600 because it was my goal weight x 10. It worked for a while. Today I was trying the revised calorie count and only ended up eating 1103 calories anyway, even with an ice cream cone. Protein was much higher than normal today. Will see what happens with that. I also jumped rope for 9 minutes today. That was a good thing.

Nine minutes of jump rope is great! I couldn't do nine seconds! ! Did you say your protein was higher than normal? That may be why you're stuck. Have you tried eating a more substantial breakfast? More protein. That might shake up your metabolism a bit.

I will have to try the more substantial breakfast. Use up some of those calories on that. Thanks for the tip...we will see if that helps! I was pretty proud that I lasted that long with the jump rope! My shoulder hurt a bit to begin with...but that got better the more I did. I think I just have to force my body to adjust.
