I think I can, I think I can, I think I can.... I am starting my week eating healthier foods for breakfast and lunch, and trying better portion control at supper. My worst time is in the afternoon around 3 p.m. If I bring a healthy snack to work I eat it, then I'm still wanting chocolate. I wish I could get my chocolate cravings to go away! Maybe when I see some progress, the cravings probably won't go away, but my will power may be better.
