I'm always talking about yesterday aren't I? Well yesterday I had a high carb day, but low calories. It is like having my cake and eating it too. I substituted a meal for a dessert. I know that is not healthy eating, but I had the need to treat myself. I got in a lot of exercise, I walked all day with my grandkids at Silver Dollar City. It was their last big fling before school starts. There are lots of hills at SDC so I feel I accomplished a good day. I never once felt so tired that I had to stop and rest. Earlier this spring I would have to stop and rest halfway up one of the steepest inclines. I am proud of the weight I have lost and love my new look.

I looked at your journal in the beginning of it. You lost 15 lb. in the 1st month!if not more. I am coming and going in circle at this time in my life for some reason....:-( Good for you. You are doing great. I wish I wer just under 190....for now. I need to get to 160-165 which is upper limit for my ideal weihgt for my height of 5'8"
