187.2!!! New low New low New low!!! The scale actually kept landing on 187.0 then would bounce up to the .2, so exciting!!! Total thanks to playing Just Dance 2 with my bestie and my other bestie's 15 year old for two hours straight...literally....like on non-stop random...for two hours. My back is so stiff!!! I logged it in as square dancing because its closer to that than the higher intensity one.
Had to burn the three pieces of brownies off somehow :( I was so hungry yesterday that I one brownie, then downed two more because the first one tasted so good. No regrets, we played Just Dance 2 for two hours remember.
This morning I got up early to cut the alarm off at work and get in line for the REI garage sell. I bought the buy one get one bacon egg and cheese biscuit and tossed both sides of both biscuits. I probably got a miniscule amount of bread in my mouth as I nibbled the cheese off. Then I had tons of fruit at my bestie's two year old's bday party. I had a quarter cup of punch and it turned out to be too much for me.
Tonight since I'm running out of dinner meat I fixed two cups of spinach and cooked four little breakfast sausage links to go with it. I don't expect any weight loss tomorrow morning but I'm so looking forward to Zumba!!!
