I'm kind of hungry tonight. Had a great piece of steak that I thought I overcooked, but it turned out perfectly well done. Then I came back for a second piece (I cut it into four). Had to stop myself from eating the other half :) The collard greens were pretty tasty too.

I haven't worked out today so I'm unsure why I have the hungries. I think I filled my water quota...I think it might be the .4 pounds I've lost since Monday. Usually when I hit a new low, I get the grizzly growlies in my tummy.

Going to bed now to sleep it off. Goodnight.

I've had the hungries all week long!!! Not sure if my metabolism is full steam or if it's from working out. I absolutely HATE feeling like I am hungry..nothing seems to help.

I'm hungry again this morning. I just logged on to post in the forum to find out if anyone else has experienced an increase in hunger after 1)increaing weightlifting, 2) losing significant weight. I want to know if this is mental or physical. Am I mentally saying, "give me my pounds back" or is this my metabolism.

My personal opinion is that it is a little of both. Probably more your body than your mind. Of course I put appetite in the body column. Looking at your diet calendar i would say that the sugar free Chocolate chips may have messed with your craving mechanism (whatever that is). I know that sugary tasting things (even when sugar free)make me start craving food. Someone told me to eat a Dill pickle and it does seem to help. I will be interested to see what others tell you.

I have dill relish at home. I'll try a teaspoon of it and see what happens. I'm not craving...I'm hungry complete with growling stomach, but it might be the sugar-free chocolate chips somehow. Too bad I've got to show my house again tonight, and I can't go to the gym. I would definitely like to go for a run in this perfect 77 degree weather.

Oh, BTW...I'm still so freaking hungry even after breakfast, am snack, lunch, pm snack. I don't even feel like eating.
