Thanks, yes it helps a lot. It’s 1/3 cup and many ice creams have a serving size of 2/3 cup. When I load up the cup it seems so small and brings awareness to how much we humans overeat ice cream. But if I savor while I eat, it is very satisfying and I don’t much miss the rest.

Holy cow that's dangerous stuff. I would be eating it out of the container using the measuring cup. I only buy ice cream for guest now. And buy them in small containers not the 1/2 Gal to avoid leftover. That is kryptonite right there. Sorry, really over reacting.. Just luv Mr. Haagen Daz..

Lol @acb my fiancé buys it. Somehow I manage to restrain myself so much he gets mad about having to eat most of it himself!
