Was challenged this week because Tosh and I went out twice over last weekend and we ate out several times during the week. So even with good food choices, my weight went up when I weighed myself on Monday. I was up to over 180 (183). I think the seafood I ate on Sat. which I had for leftovers on Monday was bad, because I had a stomach ache all day tuesday. I stayed in bed after taking mommy to the airport on wed. and didn't eat very much. So I was back down to 177 by thursday. Didn't exercise today because I listened to my body.
Realize that I have to limit my eating out or just eat salads or sushi. Alcohol is really the calorie buster.
But good news, I tried on jeans and in some cases I'm fitting into a 12 and in one label a 10!!! So, even though my weight is a little more than I'm expecting the clothes sizes are coming down. I want to be 170-172 by next week for Tosh's birthday!
