I'm off to Cincinnati to help my girlfriend with her last minute wedding prep. I've been feeling so great about what I'm eating and the workouts... I've realized that I want to be at a healthy weight and fit in to my clothes MORE than I want to eat the stuff I like (and overeat it at that). That mentality has been working wonders for me... although I do have to admit I'm a little nervous to go out of town and stay with someone who is NOT on a diet. I'm packing some of my own food (is that rude??? hope not). I can't let anything stop me. I'm on a mission!!! Not sure if she has WiFi... if not... I'll have to write down my food on paper and catch up with you FS beauties later. Good news: she has a WiiFit! I'm excited about trying it.... hope it's cool. :)
