I've fallen off the wagon a little bit. I had a pity party about a week and a half ago and totally fell off the low-carb lifestyle. I didn't feel so hot afterwards, either. So, with today being a new day, I've been doing really well! I brought leftovers for lunch (roast beef with zucchini, yellow squash and mushrooms) and plan to have chicken with broccoli tonight. I'm heading to the gym after work and I'm actually looking forward to it!
Six months from tomorrow I turn 30 and I really want to start my 30s being the healthiest I've ever been!!
