A few confessions:
1/ I haven't been following BFL for about 2-3 weeks now. That also means no crazy free days. I've just been reducing my eating to small portions.. I've also had fewer meals (basically 1-2 "regular" meals + small snacks instead of the 6 recommended by body for life). I also have not been limiting myself: I just eat whatever I want, more or less. Yesterday I had cookies, salad, whole grain pizza and fruit.
2/I have only been exercising twice a week.
So, I've had to make these adjustments because I'm finishing my dissertation. The deadline is in abou 2.5 weeks. After that, I plan to ease back into a BFL lifestyle.. I'm so close to the goal of 170!
That said, it feels INCREDIBLE to be in the 170s again. I haven't been at this weight -- 176 -- in about 2 years. My gut is disappearing. I fit all my clothes much better. I feel more confident and at ease. Overall, I'm really happy.
