Three good days in a row.

I accidentally went food shopping before taking an inventory of what I already have in the house. I don't earn a paycheck over the summer so the only way I can afford to eat fresh, healthful foods is by planning every meal and snack ensuring nothing goes to waste. It looks like I'm going to be a bit carb heavy this week. Plus, I took too much meat out of the freezer that I'll have to cook up today. I'm not afraid to include beef, pasta, bread, beans, sugar, or cheese in my diet, but it can be dangerous to incorporate all those foods over a few days.

I'm beginning my first ever Fat Secret Challenge today. I can't wait to meditate later and see what comes up in my thinking.
