I love plyometrics! I have since the first workout and I am pretty sure I will til the end of the program. I don't know if it's b/c of all the high impact jumping or what, but to me it's so much fun. Don't get me wrong, kenpo is fun too, but plyo just makes me happy! Makes my cat crazy, though, she usually starts running back and forth all over the place when I do it. As opposed to yoga x day, when she is calm. Until we get to the ohms, then for some reason she always leaves the room.

Anyway, they had a buy one get one free on strawberries at the grocery store this weekend, so that will be showing up in my journal a lot!

I made the shrimp pasta pomodoro for lunch today and took it to work. For some reason it wasn't all that filling. Not sure if I will do that again.

Ok, again, yay Plyo!

Astraea82, When the word "fun" is in the same context as "exercise" you've got a winning combination. I LOVE Spinning classes, just discovered it last year and I'm so glad I did. Who knew fitness would create such joy??? Enjoy !!!!!
