As I can see from my observations, everytime that I stay at home, I tend to eat more calories and to burn less. This is something that worries me. I always thought that when I was out and about I would eat more calories, but it is not true. one thing that I have to consider is that I might eat more of the "good" calories compared to if I were to eat out. Weekends are time for fun and relaxation, but for me, I relax too much.
