Its PMS week and I have such a sweet tooth. Plus I am already bloated. There was once a time I was so in shape that I didn't suffer from Aunt Flow's pre-show and my period only last 3 days at the most. It was great.

I am in the same boat your are. Flo is not good for you and that it's soon that time I'm craving chocolate or sweets just like you. I'd love to rip into a few dove dark chocolate or heck I'd take anything sweet right about now. I've been pretty good so far. I know you can do it. Beat Flo, it's tough but its only a day or so and you made it through. You can do it. We will get through these times together.
