I know this first week is usually mostly water weight, but that is ok. It shows progress...yay! Almost back to my most recent lowest weight! it was a good week!
209.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 59.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 10.9 lb a week

oh, and I actually started my diet on March 7th but wasn't able to put that as my start date on here....so I really lost my 7.8 lbs in 7 days.
