I know this first week is usually mostly water weight, but that is ok. It shows progress...yay! Almost back to my most recent lowest weight! it was a good week!

I really started this on Monday, March 7. I can't lie to myself, I have gained back 12 lbs of the 40 I had lost and I finally hit that wall. I can't go backwards! I have a goal. I am going to get there with or without my husband. I can provide the good food for him but I can't tell him how to eat it, it only pushes him away. I want to help him but how then can I help myself? I will do this variation of the Center for Nutrition diet. I know what I have to eat, how often and how much. I know what supplements I need to take and what I need to do for exercise. I am a little hampered on the exercise I can do because of a medical condition. I love to ride my bike! I can't wait to get out there! Riding the trainer in the basement is SO HARD! it is just not the same. Either way, I am sticking with this. I know I can do it. Even if it takes me the next 6 months! I have to do this for me!
