Another weigh-in, another lb. Only about a pound and a half this week, but I'll take it. I can really see changes in my body now. I'm going to have to take a lot of my pants to alter soon and I may have to buy a new belt. I'm almost on the tightest notch. I'm going to have to find new ways to push my body a little more. Once I'm done school for the semester, I will be looking forward to getting to the gym more. I plan on taking a yoga class next session at the Y. I'm hoping by bathing suit time I'll be down to between 170-175.
