I had horrible cramping in my upper abdomen last night to the point where I was almost ready to go to the ER. It started about 5 minutes after supper. I ate meatballs and sauteed mushrooms so it wasn't something really spicy or unusual. By 4am I felt better and now I feel fine other than exhaustion from lack of sleep.
On the bright side, the scale shows I lost andother 1.5 lbs today so I am very pleased.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
