Yikes! One spoon of cookie dough was 17 carbs...Gotta ask myself was it really worth it? I'll know tomorrow when I get on the scale. So far no potatoes though and I thought that was gonna be a tough one to give up. I would've been at approximately 24 carbs for the day had it not been for that goof up.
I tried the MIM recipe today since I was able to find the ground flax at the grocery store. I was pleasantly surprised. I may add a little more cinnamon to it when I make it tomorrow. Tastes great warm.
