I'm getting discouraged again. I'm slipping with self control again. I am anxious about my calorie intake, binging, and inconsistent with exercise. I have not yet reaped fully what my behavior is sowing, but I know it's coming especially if I don't change. I am doing what I don't want to do. I want to change but I don't. I am living Romans 7:21-24. I need to start moving towards Romans 8, though I'm stuck. Please pray for me.
