Had fresh picked green beans tossed with a bit of butter and toasted walnuts, yummy! I tried to eat more, can't too full, under 900 calories for the day.

Not a very energetic evening, had a bit of shopping to do, picked green beans, a cup of raspberries, 2 radishes, 4 cherry tomatoes, and a bunch of mint to make tea. Exercise was racing through superstores and not finding what I was looking for.

Ditto. If only I could make myself jog in place while I read the labels... it'd be a total workout :-)

I hate the superstores so get in and out as fast as I can, definitely not a slow meandering shopper in those!! Kinda hard bouncing up and down:))
