Well no swimming today, I forgot yesterday I set up an appointment for our youngest horse to have blood drawn this afternoon. We will take him in for that then take him back drop him off and feed the other two and head to the gym. I am going to do aerobics this afternoon before heading out to do that. I have some housework to get done during nap time but not a whole lot. It has been nice outside today so the kids played outside almost all morning. They are ready for nap and they still have an hour to go. I may lay them down early to get going on what I need to do around here.

Christopher called his dad yesterday which was nice to hear from him. I sent him a letter today. The kids had pictures in the paper from the arts festival last week, which they are all excited about. Because now they are famous you know.

I had a banana for breakfast, peanut butter and jelly sandwich for lunch and splurged with a soda. I forgot my bottle of water when we went to the vet and there was a can of soda in the truck so I had two today.
I had broccoli and carrots with sour cream and a little ranch dressing for snack this afternoon.
I am cooking chicken rigatoni from schwan's for supper and will probably have grapes for bedtime snack with Chelsea, and I am still at 24 points for the day! YIPPEE!

For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, so that you through his poverty might become rich. 2 Corinthians 8:9 NIV.

God Bless.
