Down another 1/2 a pound. I have been cheating a bit, having two smoothies a day (which resulted in an extra server of fruit) by I'm still going down so I'm happy. I haven't been exercising either so that would probably speed things up a bit as well.
127.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
