How quickly times flies between my last journal entry on the 18th November and todays, some five months............
The problem is still the same the highes of losing some pounds but then taking my eye of the ball and putting them back on. But I try to remember that eighteen months ago I was 196lbs and the positive comments over that period of time really made me feel better.
I've been watching my weight over this period but not recording it but I need the focus of the Weight History on the site but more importantly I've missed the support and advise of the FatSecret Buddies and Members.
I've got a "Stag Do" in Spain at the end of the month and I want to be sure that I look presentable in my swimming shorts.
So DAY ONE STARTS TOMORROW.........................
