I've logged my diet for the next few days before I go to OH. Once in OH, all bets are off. We will eat drink and be merry. I will keep up the steps, water, and breakfast though. I will return Monday to get back on track. Billy says he might be ready to join me. He has 50 lbs to loose. I'd really like him to do it. I plan to take a photo, reduce carbs, and PT, and try to get to 2 hours of exercise daily. I got my pedometer on, and trying to get back to 12500 steps every day again (which should come easy with 2 hours of exercise). I'm on track with water drinking with no effort. I don't crave soda anymore. I am planning to be in the best shape I've been in since I got married (11 years ago) by 90 days. I see friends from Colorado March 26th, and hoping to meet my weight goal by then (though that might me tough). Two weeks after that, we go to Colorado to see my bestest friend ever, and again eat drink and be merry. My goal for that date will be on track with low carb (and to be to goal weight no arguments). That is one month from now. I don't know what will come next to keep me motivated, but something always comes up. I'd like to avoid any travel for a few months to save some money. The cost of gas is just too much. If I can do that, I can focus on diet and exercise with no interruptions.
I started taking Tonolin CLA Sunday, and hoping that gives me the edge I need for the rest of this week. After 90 days I will take a photo again. I actually can see my upper abs, but my post-baby belly covers the the lower abs. I'm working on that.
I weigh in Thursday for the town weight loss competition, and doubt I won. There is a little ounce of hope though...Nebraskan's are fat! lol
